Greg Fenner is a partner in Lake Chapin Shores and is also the exclusive builder of homes in this exciting new project. He is owner of the prestigious Fenner Homes, Inc. construction firm he established in 1978 and is one of the owners of Fenner Plumbing, Inc. Greg has had a superior reputation for building fine individual residences in Michigan and Indiana for 30 years.
